What Is a Professional Tournament Invitation (PTI) vs. a ProQuest Direct Invitation? 🏆

If you’re grinding competitive Flesh and Blood, you may already know:Not all invites are created equal. While both a Professional Tournament Invitation (PTI) and a ProQuest Direct Invitation qualify you for a Pro Tour, the terms and conditions are very different.📍 ProQuest Direct Invitation“Next Stop: The Upcoming Pro Tour”A ProQuest Direct Invitation is exactly what it sounds like:✅ It qualifies you for the next Pro Tour on the schedule⏳ It is tied to that specific Pro Tour🚫 It cannot be held for a later Pro Tour🚫 It is not transferable or sellableThink of it as a time-sensitive ticket. It’s a straight line from Local Champion → Pro Tour competitor.Win it, book your flight, lock in reps: Play to win.🎟️ Professional Tournament Invitation (PTI) “The Golden Ticket”A Professional Tournament Invitation (PTI) is more than just entry to a Pro Tour; it's essentially an asset in itself.🗓️ It can be used for any Pro Tour (with some terms and conditions)🔄 It is transferable💰 It can be sold or traded🎯 It gives you control over when and how you convert it into Pro Tour equityThat's why a PTI is an asset. Maybe the next Pro Tour timing doesn’t work for you. Maybe your local testing group is targeting the one after that. Maybe your hero pool is better positioned for a later meta. Or maybe you want to convert it into value within the community and play for multiple invites.🧠 Strategic Difference at a GlanceFeaturePro Quest Direct InviteProfessional Tournament Invitation (PTI)Valid ForNext Pro Tour onlyAny Pro Tour (with some limits)TransferableNoYesSellable/TradeableNoYesStrategic FlexibilityIt's still an invite so "Average."HighIf the Direct Invite is a boarding pass…the PTI is a golden ticket with open routing. ✈️🥂 Why This Matters for YOU at NRGEvents.ggAt Elmhurst, IL — March 14–15, there will be:🏆 One Professional Tournament Invitation (PTI)🎟️ One ProQuest Direct InvitationBoth are pathways to the Pro Tour. But one gives you optionality that very few events can offer. You can review all Flesh and Blood events and details here:👉 https://www.nrgevents.gg/conventions/nrg-events-elmhurst-il/events?game=flesh-and-bloodSee you in Elmhurst, IL.
